What does your child need for school? 

Your child should bring their book bag and reading record in each day.

Homework books must be returned on Friday.

Any child with a medical need is now required to have a care plan – please visit the office to collect a form if your child’s plan needs updating.

P.E. Sessions:

Year 3 currently have: 

·         Netball every Tuesday

Football every Wednesday

P.E Kit: 

White T-Shirt, black shorts and pumps.

 Please ensure that a full P.E kit is in school. It will then remain in school for the half term. Please make sure that names are written on each item of kit and on the P.E. bag. All jewellery must be removed during P.E. sessions.

Homework:

Reading: Please make sure the reading record is signed daily.

The books will be changed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Spellings: New spellings will be given out on a Monday ready for a test on Friday.

Literacy and Numeracy: Homework will be sent out on Monday and will be due back in for Friday (as per the homework policy).

Additional support:  The school also subscribes to Times Tables Rock Stars, Purple Mash, and Numbots. Children in Years 1–6 all have login details. Please encourage your children to access these fantastic resources at home.
