Good sleep and heathy lifestyle Working together
Please make sure your child gets at least 10 1/2 hours unbroken sleep each night. Plenty of restful sleep and a healthy diet has proved to give your child a much better chance of being successful and happy in school.
Make sure they are not being kept awake by taking mobile phones, TV, computer games etc. out of their rooms on school nights.
If you have any knowledge or experience of some of our Topics and would like to come in and give a talk or take part in a workshop this year we would love to hear from you and work together. We really value parental involvement and will be inviting you to come in to look at the children’s work, if you can spare the time to share any of your skills or experiences then please do!
We also welcome you to come to our class Mass and collective worship in school. You will receive invitations to come and join us.
