This is a suggested time table to help you while your child is learning from home:
Home Learning
Suggested activities Before 9am
- Wake up
- Eat breakfast- can you get it yourself or help to prepare it?
- Get dressed, have a wash and brush your teeth.
- Put your night clothes away and make your bed.
Get Active Time
9.00- 10.00am
- Go for a walk with a adult.
- Play in the garden

Learning Time - English
10.00-11.00am
- Learning packs sent from school
- Practice your handwriting
- Use the Literacy shed for some inspiration for your writing- lots of great video clips and ideas of what you could write about.

Break Time
11.00-11.15 am – Break
Have a mid morning snack- try and be healthy- have fruit or veg.
Reading
11.15- 11.45 – Reading

- Share a book with someone if you can- if not on your own.
- Keep a record of what you’ve read or try and write a different ending or a sequel.

Lunch
11.45- 12.45 – Lunch
Help your adult prepare the lunch- eat together if you can
Get some fresh air so you are ready for afternoon learning.
